Allmänna villkor för Gardenize
Hej, vad kul att du har laddat ner Appen Gardenize – VÄLKOMMEN!
- ALLMÄNT
1.1 Syftet med Gardenize är att hjälpa dig med din trädgård.
1.2 Allting som är utvecklat av Gardenize AB, 559022-3672, tillhör Gardenize AB och får inte användas utan tillstånd av Gardenize AB.
1.3 All data som sparas i Appen Gardenize får lov att användas av Gardenize AB i marknadsföringssyfte samt för att förbättra tjänsten för användarna.
1.4 Gardenize AB förbehåller sig rätten att ta bort information som inte ligger i linje med Appens syfte (trädgård) från applikationen utan att särskilt informera om det.
1.5 Gardenize AB förbehåller sig rätten att blockera och ta bort användare som missbrukar syftet (trädgård) med Applikationen utan att särskilt informera om det.
1.6 Användarvillkoren för Gardenize skall styras av svenska lagar och eventuella konflikter skall lösas i Göteborgs Tingsrätt, Sverige.
- AVTALSTID
2.1 Dessa allmänna villkor är en del av det avtal som träffas mellan Gardenize och dig som användare av Gardenize tjänster.
2.2 Villkoren gäller från den dag Du börjar använda Gardenize tjänster med vårt medgivande och gäller därefter tillsvidare.
2.3 Part äger rätt att säga upp avtalet med iakttagande av en månads uppsägningstid.
2.4 Part äger rätt att säga upp avtalet med omedelbar verkan om den andra parten bryter mot dessa villkor eller om det på goda grunder finns skäl att anta att den andra parten är på obestånd eller den andra parten begår brottslig handling i samband med fullgörandet av avtalet.
2.5 Om avtalet upphör att gälla åtar Du Dig att omgående upphöra med all användning av Gardenize tjänster.
- PERSONUPPGIFTER
3.1 Genom att Du registrerar Dig hos oss godkänner Du att vi behandlar Dina personuppgifter för ändamål som är hänförliga till Gardenize tjänster.
3.2 Vidare samtycker Du till att vi kan komma att använda Dina personuppgifter för att skicka information eller reklam till Dig om våra produkter och tjänster samt information eller reklam från och/eller om våra samarbetspartners. Om Du inte önskar att vi använder Dina personuppgifter i syfte att tillställa Dig sådan information/reklam ber vi Dig meddela oss detta via epost.
3.3 Vi kommer inte att lämna ut Dina personuppgifter till andra bolag.
3.4 Om Du vill ändra någon uppgift eller önskar att någon uppgift skall tas bort (vissa uppgifter är dock nödvändiga för Din användning av Gardenize tjänster) eller om Du inte längre vill få information/reklam från oss och/eller våra samarbetspartners är Du välkommen att kontakta oss via epost och uppge vilka personuppgifter eller andra uppgifter Du önskar ändra och på vilket sätt dessa skall ändras.
- FRISKRIVNING OCH FORCE MAJEURE
4.1 Gardenize tjänster, inklusive allt innehåll, alla applikationer (inklusive uppdateringar eller ändringar), funktioner, tillhandahålls i befintligt skick och användningen av denna sker på användarens egen risk.
4.2. Gardenize friskriver sig från skyldighet att tillhandahålla tjänster till Dig om detta inte går eller blir orimligt dyrt på grund av krig eller upplopp, terrorhandling, konflikt på arbetsmarknaden, eldsvåda, explosion, naturkatastrof, allvarlig störning i tele- eller internetkommunikationer, lag eller beslut av offentlig myndighet eller annan liknande omständighet som vi inte råder över och inte heller rimligen kunnat förutse.

Hi, We are happy that you have downloaded the App Gardenize – WELCOME!
- General
1.1 The purpose of Gardenize is to help you with your garden.
1.2 Everything developed by Gardenize AB, 559022-3672, belongs to Gardenize AB and may not be used without the prior approval by Gardenize AB.
1.3 All data saved in the App Gardenize may be used by Gardenize AB for purpose of marketing and to improve the service to the users.
1.4 Gardenize AB keep the right to delete any information that is not in line with the purpose (Gardening) of the application without specially inform about it.
1.5 Gardenize AB keep the right to block and delete users who misuse the purpose (Gardening) of the application without specially inform about it.
1.6 The terms and conditions of Gardenize is to be governed by the laws of Sweden and any dispute should be handled by Göteborgs Tingsrätt, Sweden.
- AGREEMENT PERIOD
2.1 These terms and conditions are part of the agreement made between Gardenize and you as a user of Gardenize’s services.
2.2 The terms and conditions are valid from the day you start using Gardenize with our permission and for there after.
2.3 Either party has the right to cancel the agreement with one months notice.
2.4 Either party has the right to cancel the agreement immediately in case the other party violates these terms or in case there are good reasons to believe the other party is insolvent or if the other party commits a criminal act in conjunction to fulfilling this agreement.
2.5 If the agreement ceases to be valid, you agree to immediately stop using Gardenize’s services.
- PRIVACY
3.1 By registering an account at Gardenize you approve that we handle your personal data for purposes that are in line with Gardenize’s Services.
3.2 You also approve that we might use your personal data to send information and marketing to you about our products and services as well as information or marketing from and/or about our partners. If you wish that we don’t use your personal data for the purpose of sending you such information/marketing we ask you to inform us by e-mail.
3.3 We will not give your personal information to other companies.
3.4 If you wish to change any information or want us to delete something (however some information is necessary in order for you to be able to use Gardenize’s services) or if you want to stop receiving information/marketing from us and/or our partners you are welcome to contact us via email and let us know what personal information or other information you wish to change and how you want to change it.
- DISCLAIMER AND FORCE MAJEURE
4.1 Gardenize services, including all content, all applications (including updates or changes), functions are held accessible as is and the use of it is on the users own risk.
4.2 We release us from the obligation to provide services to you if this is not possible or if it is excessively expensive because of war or riot, act of terrorism, industrial disputes, fire, explosion, natural disaster, serious disturbance in telephone or Internet communications, law or decision by a public authority or similar circumstances which are beyond our control and could not reasonably have been foreseen.
