Is there a free trial period?
Yes, we offer the first 14 days free of charge. If you cancel the subscription within the 14 days, you pay nothing at all.
Will the cost of the subscription be deducted as a one-time cost or per month?
The total amount is deducted in advance. You will then have access to the Plus functions for the period you have selected. The monthly cost is shown to make it easier to compare the different plans.
How do I pay?
Is the subscription renewed automatically?
The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the period. When you cancel your subscription, you can use all Plus functions until the period you paid for ends.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Depending on how you started the subscription, it will be canceled in iTunes, Google Play or in the Gardenize web app respectively.
Payment is done with AppStore, Google Play, or debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on web.gardenize.com.
